El proyecto para el centro ecoturistico se compone de varias edificaciones: un modulo polivalente que funciona como área de bienvenida (Check-In) y a su vez como Snack bar, 3 tipologías de cabañas o villas con diferente programa, tamaño y ubicación dentro del predio y varias zonas de senderismo.

El diseño de las villas responde a las vistas y orientación que guardan en el sitio y a estrategias pasivas de optimización energética.

Se trabajaron únicamente 4 materiales y dos sistemas de cubierta distintos: piedra braza, tabique común, concreto, madera, cubierta en estructura metálica y lamina galvanizada, y cubierta de teja lisa sobre triplay de madera y estructura metálica.
